Lot 1: 122 Oat Bales — 1,741 lbs. Average Weight
Lot 2: 180 Oat Bales — 1,698 lbs. Average Weight
Lot 3: 150 Willow Creek Wheat Bales — 1,235 lbs. Average Weight
Lot 4: 140 Barley Bales — 1,594 lbs. Average Weight
Lot 5: 76 Alfalfa/Crested Wheat/Brome Grass Mix Bales — 1,455 lbs. Average Weight
Conduct of the Auction
Test weights have been taken on all hay lots, however, bales will be sold on a per bale basis. Please plan to bid online during the simulcast live auction. Once bidding has ceased on the lot being offered, the winning bidder will then convey to the auctioneer how many bales of that particular lot they would like to purchase. Any remaining bales in that lot will then be offered again until all the bales in said lot are sold.
Terms & Conditions
All items are sold in “as is” condition. Please inspect all items at your own discretion before bidding. Items sell subject to Seller confirmation. Any announcements made day of sale shall take precedence over anything said, written, or implied prior to auction. Neither the Seller, Auctioneer, nor Affiliates of the Auction Company shall be held liable for any injury personal or otherwise.
Neither the Owners nor Hewitt Land Company shall be responsible for internet connections. Payment shall be due by August 27, 2026 and may be made via credit card (convenience fee applies), cash, or check (only if provided prior to pickup). South Dakota state sales tax will be charged on applicable items.
All items must be paid for in full before they are loaded out.
Item Pickup: Loading availability will be from August 27th to September 30th. Loadout will be provided by seller, 48 hour notice must be provided prior to loadout. All hay must be removed by September 30, 2026. Risk of ownership passes to the Buyer upon winning the bid.
