All items are sold in “as is” condition. Please inspect all items at your own discretion before bidding. Any announcements made day of the Auction shall take precedence over anything said, written, or implied prior to auction. Neither the Seller, Auctioneer, nor Affiliates of the Auction Company shall be held liable for any injury personal or otherwise. Pre-bidding will open on all catalogued lots on April 28, 2021, 10:00 a.m. MST, Small items (shop tools, etc.) will be uncatalogued. Live bidding will open on all items with the live auction April 30, 2021, 10:00 a.m. MST. In the case of a “Tied Bid” (bids made on-line and live simultaneously), precedence shall be given to the Floor Bidder. Neither the Owners nor Hewitt Land Company shall be responsible for internet connections. Payment shall be due on the day of the auction for ‘on-site’ Buyers. ‘Online’ Buyers shall pay by wire transfer, or other accepted payment method on the next Business day after the auction. Sales tax will be charged on non titled items.
Item Pickup: Load out assistance will be available the day of the auction at the conclusion of the auction and the following day, May 1, 2021, from 10:00-1:00. No items shall be loaded until payment has been made. All items must be removed from the premises no later than May 7, 2021. Risk of ownership passes to the Buyer upon winning the bid.
