Online bidding will open on all lots on December 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. MST and begin to close on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 5 p.m. MT. Neither the Owners nor Hewitt Land Company shall be responsible for internet connections. Payment shall be due by December 28, 2022 and may be made via wire transfer, credit card (convenience fee applies), or check (only if provided at pickup). Sales tax will be charged on non-titled items. All items must be paid for in full before they are picked up.  

Item Pickup: All items must be picked up the day after the sale, December 28th, unless other special arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Load out assistance will be available December 28, 2022, from 10:00-2:00 p.m. MST. No items shall be loaded until payment has been made. All items must be removed from the premises no later than December 30, 2022. Risk of ownership passes to the Buyer upon winning the bid.
