  • From Hermosa: Drive south on Highway 79 11.5 miles, then turn west on LH Road, and drive 2.5 miles to the property, which is on the east side of the road (follow signs).
Terms & Conditions

Title: Title transfers by Warranty Deed, a title opinion of merchantability of title, subject to conditions, restrictions, zoning, and easements of record will be provided and is available for review prior to the auction.

The 2020 taxes shall be paid by Seller. 2021 taxes prorated to date of closing. Closing services will be performed by Southern Hills Title. The closing agent fee will be divided equally between Buyer(s) and Seller. A 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit shall be due by the next legal business banking day, and the executed purchase agreement shall be required at the conclusion of the auction. Seller makes no representation as to any interest in mineral, oil, gas, fossil and hydrocarbons of any nature. All mineral interests owned by Sellers (if any) transfer with Title. Existing fences on the property may not necessarily follow the property boundaries. Announcements made sale day take precedence over any printed materials.

Closing/Possession: Closing shall be on or before July 30, 2021. Possession shall be granted upon Closing.
