Directions: From Junction 212/79 in Newell, SD. Go East 1 mile to Old 212 Road, a County Maintained Gravel Road. Proceed east 5 miles on Old 212, to the corrals.

Old 212 Grass Ranch is located about 6 miles east of Newell, SD in Butte County. Newell is a small rural ranch community with a population of about 600. Belle Fourche, SD the county seat is located about 30 miles west of the property. Belle Fourche is a hub for the farming and ranching community which is the main industry of the county. The property lies within close proximity to the Belle Fourche Irrigation District, a 57,000 acre irrigation project, a source of ample feed and grain production in the region. The Belle Fourche Livestock, St Onge Livestock, Faith Livestock and Newell Sheep Yards are all notable area Livestock markets within a short distance of the property.
 
The property is located about 60 miles north of Rapid City, the second largest city in South Dakota and offers all types of shopping, fine and casual dining, medical facilities, and industry.
