Property Directions: From the intersection of SD Highway 44 and Dawkins Road, drive east on Dawkins road for ¾ of a mile, follow the road north for 2 more miles and turn east (right) onto County Road 233. Drive east for 1 mile to the properties northwest corner. The property lies south of 233rd and parallels the road for 1 mile.

The Kenneth Brown Estate is located in Central Pennington County, South Dakota between the town of New Underwood and the unincorporated community of Caputa. Caputa is located 7 miles Southwest of the property and has a population of approximately 32.
