Belle Fourche, SD the county seat is located about 30 miles west of the property. Belle Fourche is a hub for the farming and ranching community which is the main industry of the county. The property lies within close proximity to the Belle Fourche Irrigation District, a 57,000 acre irrigation project, a source of ample feed and grain production in the region.
