  1. Valuation- We provide a no-obligation property assessment to help determine your property’s worth and the best potential approaches to selling and marketing the property. Market research will be conducted and evaluations will be made with your property’s best interests in mind.
  2. Preparation- Once the decision has been made to employ our services and the listing documentation has been executed, work begins to gather property data and information. An action plan will be created to prepare the property for market exposure, and information and resources will be secured for promotion.
