Directions: From I90 exit 90 (east of Rapid City – Take 173rd Ave (Wicksville Rd) north 6.5 miles, watch for sign on SW corner of the property.
Topography
The property is comprised of level farmland with slopes of mostly 2-6% and deep draws and coolies in the grassland with slopes of from 15-40%
Soils
Soils on the property are productive and are comprised mostly of Assibbiboine fine sandy loam, Satanta loam, Savo and Blackpipe loams with Crop Productivity Ratings from 69 to 97 on the farmland.
