Executive Summary: This full section of grassland provides excellent mid to late summer grazing already perfectly set up for rotational grazing with rural water in the center of the section that will put the pounds on calves or yearlings going to market or prepare them for a feeding program. The fences are in great shape and it’s a “turn key” grazing opportunity ready for cattle. With Interstate 90 within five miles and local roads so close, you won’t find a more accessible in and out grazing place for cattle. Don’t let this tract of land slip away from your operation.
